OK. Any list that starts with Natto has lost me already. I do recognize PB&J. Hey! some of those dishes were hijacked from the carnivore cuisine: scrapple? homemade sausages? I have made tofu scramble albeit from a pkg mix. Does that count? I wouldn't know authentic from fake soba noodles. Do I have to know how to pronounce it to eat it? Heirloom tomato, and vanilla ice cream (separately). That speaks to me. YUM!
